Tufts greenhouse gas reductions commitments

Tufts has made bold commitments to regional and international goals to reduce emissions of climate-altering gases. Specifically Tufts has committed to:

1. Reduce our emissions to 7% below 1990 levels by 2012 in accordance with the Kyoto Protocol
2. Reduce our emissions by 10% below 1990 levels by 2020 and 75-85% long term under the New England Governors/Eastern Canadian Premiers Climate Change Action Plan
