Tufts institutionally recognizes sustainability as an important issue that should be prioritized. Many institutional programs, departments, organizations as well as academic and research centers help promote social, environmental, and economic sustainability at Tufts. These groups help provide more opportunities for students, employees, and the institution as a whole become more involved in sustainability initiatives across Tufts' four campuses.
