Students Stop By at The Back to School Reuse Sale

Get ready for move-in with FREE, sustainable supplies! As students prepare to return to campus, Tufts University’s Office of Sustainability and Facilities Services are once again hosting the popular Back to School Reuse Sale!

Event Details:

  • When: Friday, August 31st
    • 2–3 PM: First-years
    • 3–4 PM: All students
  • Where: Jackson Gym, Medford/Somerville Campus
  • Cost: FREE
    • Each student receives 10 jumbo points
    • Electronics (anything that plugs in) = 2 points, all other items = 1 point
The sale features an array of dorm essentials and school supplies, including rugs, shelves, fans, lamps, mirrors, vacuums, dishes, baskets, cleaning supplies, pens, notebooks, and decor items. All merchandise consists of gently-used items donated by fellow Jumbos students during the spring Move Out program, giving these goods a second life while keeping them out of landfills!
