Sustainable Move-Out 2021

Donate your unwanted items on campus at Move Out this year! Donation stations are open from 10:00am - 5:00pm from Saturday, 5/8, through Saturday, 5/15. There are also 24/7 UPod drop-off spots open starting 5:00pm on Tuesday, 5/4. In addition to donation collection, the stations will collection bins for plastic film, broken small electronics, and compost. Refer to the picture below for exact locations of these donation areas. Accepted Donation Items Include:

• Textiles: clothing, sheets, shoes
• Household items: storage containers, dorm decor, fans, vacuums, large and small lamps, mirrors, waste bins, laundry baskets
• Dining hall dishes
• Books and school supplies
• Crutches and exercise or sports equipment
• Unopened, non-perishable food
• Cleaning supplies: laundry detergent, brooms, sweepers
• Toiletries: Unopened bottles, feminine hygiene products
• Kitchen cookware, working kitchen appliances
• Working electronics
• Furniture
• Rugs
• Media items: DVDs, VHS, CDs, vinyl records, etc.

Note: We will NOT be accepting mattresses, pillows, hangers, or hazardous items at these stations.
