About the Green Office Program
The Green Office Certification program is designed to recognize, support and promote offices that are engaging in sustainable practices. There are four levels of certification – allowing offices to be recognized for their current conservation actions, while still providing a goal to work towards:
Offices that reach each level will receive an official certification that can be displayed in the office to reflect the on-going efforts in energy reduction, waste conservation and sustainable purchasing.
How to get Certified
To begin the process of getting Green Office certified, a representative from each interested office or department should fill out this survey. Please note, if you don’t know the answer to a question you CAN close out of the survey and return to it later. If you’ve taken the survey, but want to improve your score go to our step-by-step guide.
Thank you for participating in this program and raising awareness around Tufts for a more sustainable work environment!
